Please note that shipping charges are not eligible for refunds.

We will respond to your request within 2 to 5 business days and provide return instructions if an exchange is sought or process a refund against your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable time – usually a few days.


Received a damaged item? We've got you covered and will send out a new one free of charge. No need to return the damaged product! Please email us at with at least two photos or a short video of the defective item.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us within two days of your package delivery date.
