PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
SHIPPING YOUR ORDER
As soon the order is processed, we will be sending tracking information to the email used during the purchase. Estimated shipping times are provided on each individual product page.
If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at kitty@dakittycat.com
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page daKittycat shipping charges are:
within USA - FREE. (Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
International - Australia and New Zealand only - Flat $3.00 fee per item.
Please note daKittycat does not ship to any other international countries.
Shipping charges for your order are finalized and displayed at checkout.
You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
Please note daKittycat searches the world over to find you the best prices on the best products. Since our products come from partners worldwide, different products may be shipped to you in individual packages despite being ordered together, ensuring the best prices and the fastest delivery time to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Of course, you'll want to know when your order will arrive on your doorstep. That's why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This information gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.
